We're Hiring: Customer Concierge Team

We're growing quickly and expanding our team. We are looking to recruit for a wide variety of roles. Here is the advertisement for Concierge staff:

Fixed.net offers website support and maintenance, with a special focus on WordPress support.

For a low monthly subscription, customers receive website updates, security, backups and monitoring. We take complete care of their website for them, including management of domains and DNS. In addition, customers can request unlimited updates and changes to their site. A team of experts is available 24/7 to respond to customer demands. We won’t settle for less than 100% customer satisfaction.

Fixed.net is used by small businesses needing help with their website, as well as large companies who want to complement their in-house team.

Fixed.net launched in early 2019 and is experiencing rapid growth, through word of mouth, online advertising, and resellers/affiliates. To ensure that new users get the best possible experience with fixed.net, we are looking to establish a customer concierge team.

Customer concierges help our customers get onboard, and act as a gateway between the customer and our engineers. You will welcome new customers to our system, and get their site configured and added to our backups. You will understand their priorities and translate them into actions that our engineers can take. You will be able to undertake tasks yourself or escalate them, at your discretion.

You will communicate with the customer via live chat, ticket, and telephone. You will have excellent spoken English, and a personable manner. You will be capable of interpreting sometimes vaguely described website issues into concise actionable tasks.

Technically, experience in web hosting or web development is hugely beneficial. You will be familiar with websites and how they work. You will have a good working knowledge of WordPress, FTP and databases.

We have full-time offices in Paddington, London, as well as Sofia, Bulgaria. However, we can also accept applications for remote workers in other timezones. Hours are flexible, though you should expect to work shifts.
