Getting Started

Creating a fixed.net account is free and does not require any payment details. Many features can be enjoyed on our free plan.

You can register at My.Fixed.net by authenticating with Google, Facebook, Github or Twitter or directly with an email and password. These methods can be changed at any point as follows:

1. In the Dashboard, click My Account in the navigation menu.
2. Click Link to associate an additional authentication method, Set to set a password, or Unlink to remove an authentication method.

First Steps

Now that your account is live, you may want to do one of the following:

• Add a Website
• Request a Job
• Configure backups
• Start a subscription
• Add team members to a website.

If at any stage you are stuck or unsure, click My Jobs in the primary navigation of your fixed.net account, and open an inquiry with us.
