Please note: Our unlimited and complete plans include visual tweaks and plugin customisation: tasks that are too small for your designer or developer. They will love that we can take some workload off them. However, please note that we are a technical WordPress maintenance agency; significant work such as redesigns, page builds, changing website functionality, or working through SEO reports are jobs for your design, development or marketing agency.

Accounts and billing questions
Are there discounts for multiple sites?
Yes.
A second site gets you 10% overall discount.
A fourth site gets you 25% overall discount.
A tenth site gets you 30% overall discount.
For over 20 sites please contact us.
Discounts apply to the care and unlimited plans only.
How do the multi-site discounts work?
Discounts automatically apply once you hit the site threshold. For instance, your second site will add with a 10% discount.
All sites then renew at the discounted price.
Can I switch my subscription between websites?
We can do this if the domain of your website is changing. However, you cannot move the subscription between sites. You would need to subscribe a different site.
What is the cancellation period?
No notice needed. Just cancel the renewal before it is due in your My Account area in my.fixed.net.
Do subscriptions renew automatically?
Yes, unless you cancel them. You can manage the card on file through your my.fixed account.
Can I move between plans?
Yes. You can switch plans. For example you could use the unlimited for one billing period and then downgrade to the care plan.
You can also upgrade part way through a billing period for pro rata difference in price. If downgrading, we do not pro rata credit.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards. We use Stripe as a payment processor and never have sight of your card data.
Do you have a money-back guarantee
Yes. We have a 30 day moneyback guarantee. If for whatever reason you are unhappy we will refund you back the amount you have paid.
Can I get an VAT invoice?
On payment, you can download a VAT invoice in your My Account section.
Can I pay via bank transfer?
For clients with 5+ annual subscriptions, we can accept payment via bank transfer on request.
What additional services do fixed offer?
As a WordPress maintenance and hosting agency we can offer the following services, which we can add to your billing through my.fixed.net

- Website speed optimisation plugins (e.g. NitroPack)
- Domain name registrations and transfers.
Can fixed.net be my domain registrar?
Yes we handle domain registrations and transfers for many clients. Speak to a support engineer and we can arrange this for you.
We can handle the transfers of domain names from other providers.
What specification are your dedicated servers?
We can provide a full range. Specifications start at 4GB RAM and go up to 128GB and beyond. We have some clients where we have benchmarked more than 1000 concurrent orders, on multi-server private clouds on Amazon Web Services. Contact us to discuss.
What specification of dedicated server is included
We include a 8GB RAM dedicated server, with 4CPUs and 150GB usable space, in a choice of locations. We can optionally increase this - on a choice of specifications.
Can you put my site on Google Cloud or AWS
Absolutely. We can offer dedicated Google Cloud and AWS servers. Please get in touch and we can arrange this.
Do I need to host with Fixed?
On our Complete plan we do insist you host with us as it is the best way for us to optimise your website. On the Care and Unlimited plans you can host elsewhere.
What do you do to up my CoreWebVitals, PageSpeed and GTMetrix scores
We can do a combination of things - including great hosting, some premium caching plugins we install and manage for you, and some website tweaks.
However note that often the limiting factor is your theme, components or design - and we may not be able to improve your scores. You would need to go to a design agency or development agency to change your site in this instance if you wanted to improve scores further. We offer full refunds if you are not happy with what we can do for you.
