The Delegate feature allows multiple users to administrate one website. A website owner can add unlimited delegates to their Fixed Account.

Delegates are managed on a per-site basis.

To add a Website Delegate you must be the website owner.

  1. Navigate to the respective website in the Fixed Account.
  2. Click the Settings tab and scroll down to the section entitled Delegates.
  3. Enter the email address of the user you wish to add.

If the user exists in Fixed, then they will be added to the website. If the user does not exist, they must create a (free) account first. They do not need to add any websites.

Delegates can be removed at any time.

Delegate Permissions

Delegates are not able to:

  • Remove a website
  • Start, or end a subscription
  • Modify payment methods
  • Manage additional delegates
