Response Times

Website speed matters. Users are more likely to stay on a website if it loads quickly, and search engines are likely to rank you higher.

Part of our monitoring checks return a response time, which shows you the speed of your website. This response time is tracked at the same frequency as we monitor your site. This enables us to track response time and alert you to server sluggishness or issues.

Our monitoring runs from various Amazon Web Services locations. There is a chance that issues could be on their end. For that reason we exclude results that seem anomalous, and weight response times across our estate.
